How to Install JetBackup 5 on DicrectAdmin

Procedure
JetBackup 5 is supported on the following operating systems:
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and CloudLinux
- Versions 7, 8, and 9 are supported
- CentOS 7 and 8
- AlmaLinux 8
- Rocky Linux 8
- AlmaLinux 9
- Rocky Linux 9
- Ubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu 22.04
